Policy on children staying with parents:
- Children share bed with parents, free of charge.

- 12 year old children will be charged as adults.

Cancellation Policy:
- 7 Days prior to arrival: 25% of room rate is charged.

- Less than one week: 50% of the room rate will be charged.

- Arrival day: 100% of the room rate is charged.

Other disclosures:
The rooms are clean and facilitated with hotel standard amenities. The only facility not available at the moment is a restaurant. It is hoped there will be a restaurant in the hotel as Waitabula offers limited restaurants for visitors.
